Returns

**Please note all sales are final, unless the item is damaged and will be happy to send a replacement**

You can return your order within 14 days of arrival. Please note that the item should be returned exactly as it was received with the original packaging to protect the returned item.

Please email our customer support team at support@winningpublishing.com if you would like to return your item. 

After submitting your return request, we will email your RMA (Return Authorization), and if applicable, a return label by email. 

If you encounter any problems during the return process, please do not hesitate to contact us.

LATE RETURNS

You can return an item within 14 days of order receipt. Please note that it can take up to 14 days for refund or exchanges to be processed. Only once we're in receipt of the return will we be able to process your return.
